
WARESA Professional and Publication Mentorship Program (PMP)
Program Overview
The WARESA Professional and Publication Mentorship Program (PMP) is a transformative 12-month initiative tailored for African international students pursuing undergraduate or graduate studies. This program is designed to equip participants with the essential academic, professional, and networking skills needed for excellence in both academia and industry. By the end of the program, participants will have completed their thesis, prepared a research paper for submission to at least a Q2 journal (indexed in Web of Science), and acquired the competencies to secure competitive jobs post-graduation. For those targeting specific career paths, guidance on relevant certifications will also be provided.
Program Objectives

- Professional Skill Building: Provide essential tools and strategies for career readiness in academia and industry.
- Targeted Certification Guidance: Assist participants in identifying and pursuing certifications aligned with their career goals.
